The CUPIDO Image Gallery contains examples of digitalisation of 2D material as well as 3D objects digitised in a way that represents them in a 2D form. 2D digitisation is an essential and the most affordable means of preserving cultural heritage materials and developing digital collections.
MEANS & IIIF
The photographs presented here were taken with a flatbed scanner, handheld camera, tripod-mounted camera, and drone camera. The IIIF viewer improves user access to images and makes it easier to create rich collection websites with advanced media features.
